Web Designs

There have several challenging design projects I have worked with in the past. If I can pin point to what I really love doing then it has to be the way a design can make a person want to visit the site again and again. Not only is it because of a good design but also compelling content which I always suggest my clients.

• CrazeFM.com
  This is one of my personal projects and one of the most visited Asian radio sites in the world. It won the Best and the Most Popular Radio / TV site award. And amazingly sites in the competitors list were the largest brands we know.I designed the complete site and the programming has been done by outsourced programmers who receive a complete mind map which they follow to create the functionality of the site.
• MSB.com
  I worked for MSB International PLC as their Senior Designer. I was responsible for the look and content of the site. The 400+ sales agents came to me anytime the intranet site had to be designed based on their spesifications.I created MSB’s Client and Candidate portals which were then further developed by the team after me. Since I moved back to Norway.
• DotMusic.com
  At Dotmusic I was responsible for creating micro sites for every single star that was launching their new albums. And that including celebs like Britney Spears, Madonna, Craig David and lots more. The festivals that were held in England and other places that Dotmusic covered needed also websites that were later on designed by me and coded by an ASP coder we had in-house.I was also responsible for designing banners for every music event. And the most fun thing was being incharge of designing the content that appeared on the European version of the Windows Media Player. So if you used the player around 2001, there is a 99.9% chance you  have seen Music related windows with my banners and design.I was responsible for creating the Motorolla Radio Cellphone campaign for Dotmusic. That campaign went great and I learnt a lot about branding and print design.
• Few other places I worked
  I have worked as as either Project Manager or Designer for companies such as Cotech (Norway) and Cassis Media (Norway). At Cassis Media I was responsible for creating some compelling designs related to the horoscopes. I had to come up with banners for various campaigns that led to some good portfolio material.
• Freelance Work
  In London I worked a few weeks for Citria which gave me projects that included redesign of artwork for Canon INC, and Diesel Perfumes and Jeans. It was a fun time spent and a work that was very well appreciated.
